Please complete the USCGAUX Enrollment Application and submit to our Immediate Past Flotilla Commander, Patrick Doremus, for consideration.

ELIGIBILITY
Membership is open to any U.S. citizen at least 17 years of age. Prospective members are also required to undergo a suitability background check.  The Auxiliary has members in all 50 States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Guam.

BENEFITS
Auxiliarists have the opportunity to obtain specialized training through the Coast Guard Institute as well as through participation in their Flotilla, Disitrict or Divisional Member Training Programs. Courses include: Navigation, Radar, Marine Safety, Electronics, Aviation, Food Service, Machinery, Operations, Public Affairs and more. National Conferences and events are also open to the Auxiliary for the benefit of its members.

An added benefit is that of personal satisfaction and accomplishment. Many Auxiliarists have been involved in Search and Rescue Missions and have experienced the privilege of saving lives.  Others serve as Interpreters for the United States Coast Guard or as Air Observers or Watchstanders during Coast Guard missions.

Auxiliarists enjoy fellowship through the frienships they've established and maintained with other Auxiliarists throughout the years.
